Planning a jungle safari is exciting. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour for any unavoidable reason, we request that you inform us in writing as soon as possible. Your cancellation will be processed only after we receive a written request via email or message.
Please note that cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written notification.
Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation policy will apply:
30 days or more before arrival – 10% of the total tour cost will be charged.
15 to 29 days before arrival – 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
7 to 14 days before arrival – 40% of the total tour cost will be charged.
2 to 6 days before arrival – 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Less than 48 hours before arrival or No Show – No refund will be provided.
Please remember that the scheduled tour date is not counted when calculating cancellation timelines.
Refund Policy
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting the relevant cancellation charges. The eligible amount will be transferred to your original payment method or bank account within the standard processing time.
In case your safari booking is not confirmed due to technical issues, system errors, or seat unavailability, we will issue a 100% refund of the paid amount.
Changes in Government Charges
Safari permits, forest entry fees, hotel tariffs, fuel costs, and government taxes are subject to change without prior notice. If any such revisions occur before your travel date, we will inform you through email or phone. The additional amount, if applicable, must be paid before or at the time of arrival.
Peak Season & Festival Bookings
Bookings during peak seasons and major festivals such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year may have separate cancellation policies. These special terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Similarly, individual hotels and resorts may follow their own cancellation rules. These will be shared with you whenever applicable.
Liabilities & Limitations
All India Jungle Safari acts as a travel facilitator. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Government rule changes
Permit fee revisions
Weather disruptions
Strikes or public disturbances
Entry restrictions at national parks
Overbooking by hotels
Force Majeure events
While we will make every reasonable effort to arrange suitable alternatives, we cannot be held liable for additional costs, compensation claims, or refunds arising from such situations.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from bookings or services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
